High Frequency RF Test Cables

Please note that you only need to register as a member for the first time.

High frequency rf test cables are flexible cables compatible with frequency bands from 18 to 50 GHz and can be attached to SMA type, N type, 3.5mm type, 2.92mm K type, 2.4mm type, 1.85 mm V type, and other compact size connectors for high frequency applications. Compatible connectors vary from cable to cable, so please refer to the detailed page below.

We also have an option for SMA type rf cables up to 26.5 GHz, which can typically be used up to 18 GHz. This is a high specification product that includes the measurement results of the finished product at the delivery time. It is used not only for measurement purposes but also for connecting high frequency products between devices.

In addition to the standard type, we also offer an armored type with stainless steel tubing reinforcement.

Usually, delivery is 2 to 3 weeks, but in case of urgent requests, we can sometimes provide an express delivery time of 1 week, so please consult with us first. The following is an introduction to the TC series, each of which has its advantages.

High-Frequency Test Cables

Features low loss with the highest level of dielectric loss. Ensures stable transmission under severe conditions such as temperature environment. Loss/reflection/phase is stable even when the cable is bent, the phase change is small versus temperature, and triple shielding provides high shielding.
Connectors can be selected from SMA type(plug, L-plug, jack), N type(plug), and 3.5mm type(plug, jack).
In addition to the standard type, an armored type with stainless steel tubing reinforcement and a heat-resistant 200°C type are also available.

TC-055 Ultra Low Loss High-Frequency Measuring Cable

Measurement cable with excellent cost performance. Features low loss with the highest level of dielectric loss. Ensures stable transmission under severe conditions such as temperature environment. Loss/reflection/phase is stable even when the cable is bent, the phase change is low vs. temperature, and triple shielding provides high shielding.
Connectors can be selected from SMA type(plug, L-plug, jack), N type(plug), and 3.5mm type(plug, jack).

TC-205 Low-Loss, Low-Cost, High-Frequency Measurement Cable

TC-205 is a high-end cable for measurement at 40 GHz with low loss and high phase stability, triple-shielded and stable against bending and temperature, making it ideal for network analysis and other measurement applications.
Connectors can be selected from 2.92mm K type(plug and jack), SMA type(plug and jack), and 3.5mm type(plug and jack).
Non-magnetic 2.92mm K type(plug) is also available.

TC-048 40- GHz Compatible High-Frequency Measurement Cables

This is a flexible cable equivalent to 0.141 inches. It has excellent shielding and stable transmission characteristics in a high-frequency band and is waterproof, equivalent to IPX4.
Connectors can be selected from SMA type(plug, L-plug, jack) and N type(plug, jack).

TC-038 Low-Loss/Low-Reflection High-Frequency Measurement Cable

TC-022 is an ultra-high phase-stable cable with a hollow structure to prevent phase movement, ideal for phase control cables for 5G and radar systems, etc. Phase change in temperature change in living environment 500PPM or less, within 5 degrees @ 40 GHz (-5°C to + 55°C), both ends SMA type(plug) 1m cable will be used.

TC-322 High Phase Stability (Temperature) High-Frequency Measurement Cable

TC-120 is a high-end 50 GHz compatible, low-loss, high-phase stability, precision grade cable with triple-shielded, bend-resistant, and temperature-stable characteristics, ideal for network analysis and other measurement applications.
Connectors can be selected from 2.4mm type(plug, jack), 2.92mm K type(plug, jack), and SMA type(plug, jack).
Non-magnetic 1.85mm V type(plug and jack) is also available, but only up to 50 GHz. In addition to the standard type, an armored type with stainless steel tube reinforcement can be selected.

TC-120 50 GHz Compatible/Low-Loss High-Frequency Measurement Cable

Extraordinarily flexible and easy-to-handle cable. Excellent mechanical and electrical bending resistance. It is relatively inexpensive, low-loss, and highly phase-stable, making it suitable for various uses, from wiring to measurement applications.

Connectors can be selected from SMA type(plug, L-plug, jack) and N type(plug).
In addition to the standard type, an armored type with stainless steel tubing reinforcement and a low-cost type up to 6 GHz for only SMA are also available.

TC-041 High-Flex/Anti-bend/Flexible Cable for High-Frequency Measurement

This is a 0.085-inch (RG405) equivalent cable that is highly flexible and maintains stable characteristics up to the millimeter wave band. It can be used in a wide range of applications due to its wide variety of compatible connectors and relatively low cost.

Connectors can be selected from 1.85mm type(plug), 2.92mm type(plug, jack), SMA type(plug, L plug, jack), N type(plug), and others on request.
The 1.85mm V type cable core is pinned, allowing it to be utilized up to 60 GHz with very low reflection.

TC-054 50 GHz Compatible/High-Flexibility High-Frequency Measurement Cable

Test cables for high-phase stability measurement covered with armored cables. Stainless steel tubing protects the cable from external pressure and ensures long life.
Two types are available: low-loss φ8.4 (TC-055A) and slender φ6.1 (TC-120A, TC-041A).

The stainless steel tubing is soft and maintains its bent shape with a minimal rebound, thus making it ideal for measuring small DUTs. It is expected to be used at sites with repetitive bending and handling and in constant-temperature chambers.
